                                                                                         LEGAL NOTICE
                                                        INLAND WETLANDS - ENVIRONMENT COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF EAST HARTFORD

At the March 24, 2009 meeting of the Inland Wetlands - Environment Commission of the Town of East Hartford, the Commission voted to take the following action:
  
1.      Approved, with conditions the application of Burnham Meadows, LLC, (File # 2009-004), for the construction of a single-family house located at No. 325 King Street, subdivision lot # 5, Burnham Meadows Subdivision.
      2.   Approved, with conditions the application of Burnham Meadows Application of Burnham Meadows, LLC, (File # 2009-005), for the construction of a single-family house located at No. 327 King Street, subdivision lot # 6, Burnham Meadows Subdivision.
3.      Approved, with conditions the application of Burnham Meadows, LLC, (File # 2009-006), for the construction of a single-family house located at No. 329 King Street, subdivision lot # 7, Burnham Meadows Subdivision.
4.      Tabled the application of The Town of East Hartford, (File # 2009-007), for the removal of an existing retaining wall located at No. 139 Maple Street. Other modifications to the site include the installation of concrete stairs, removal of a 30” Maple tree and regrading of the site.
5.      Tabled the application of Subby Magro, (File # 2009-008), to ask for a modification to a previously approved plan for the construction of a single-family house located at No. 163 Hills Street, subdivision lot # 2, Magro Subdivision.
     6.  Tabled the application of Jacques Development, LLC, (File # 2009-009), for the construction of a  single-family house located at No. 47 Piper Lane, subdivision lot # 6, Eden East Subdivision.
     7.   Tabled the application of Pent Highway Associates, LLC, (File # 2009-010), requesting a   permit for   a two lot subdivision located at No. 166-200 Prestige Park Rd.
     8.   Tabled the application of Pratt & Whitney, (File # 2009-011), for the construction of a new driveway approach from Willow Street with associated grading located at No. 400 Main Street.
